To become a member of ILG and receive the associated benefits,
you need to become a shareholder of the Co-operative. The total
paid-up value of the shares is $750.
You will receive an investment certificate detailing your current
investment status.
Note: Your share capital is fully refundable should you elect to
resign from the Co-operative at any time.
Membership may be obtained through an endorsed transfer of shares
from an outgoing owner to the new owner of that outlet.
Note: A Member's financial exposure to the Co-operative is restricted
to his/her outstanding account and unpaid share capital.
A prospective member must complete the ILG forms as required. The
application will then be processed and submitted to the next Board
Meeting for acceptance.
It is a mandatory requirement that a credit check is carried out
on all membership applications prior to the membership being granted
and credit being offered. This is standard business practice.
Member Qualification
You must become a member of the Independent Liquor Group Distribution
Co-operative Limited and the Independent Liquor Group (Suppliers)
Co-operative Limited.
Every member/prospective member must hold a financial interest
in a Liquor License for the purpose of manufacturing, wholesaling,
distributing or retailing in the State of NSW.
Members
ILG "Members" are shareholders of ILG
and can join one of the marketing groups. This gives Members the
opportunity to take advantage of the services offered by our Merchandising
Department, plus many other benefits.
Customers
Alternately, you can join ILG as a "Customer".
Customers can buy from ILG using the Members Web Site in the same
way as Members. However, Customers are not shareholders, and cannot
take advantage of various Member services.
Glenbrook Liquor Merchants
Glenbrook Liquor Merchants are the On-premise Specialist division of ILG, servicing the needs of licensed customers, predominately in the “HORECA?channel (“HOtelsREstaurantsCAfes? along with clubs, caterers, function houses, motor vessels and more.
