You can view a month by month summary in cases and dollars of the products that you have purchased from ILG in the past 12 months plus the current month.

You can decide what products you want to see. For example, you can select a particular group of products, or a particular supplier's products. You may have a supplier's rep coming to see you, so you can select that supplier, and show what you have bought of their products.

This shows you the ordered cases and dollars for each product for the past 13 months. This can be very useful for negotiations.

Managed Group History

Past order history is even more useful if your outlet is part of a managed group of outlets, all of which buy from ILG. As the group manager, you can look at order history either for each outlet individually, or order history for the whole group.

From the Group history you can select an individual product and see which outlets in the group have been purchasing that product.

From there you can see the invoice transactions for that product, and the price that was paid.
