How to Order Your Products
Orders may be placed by one of the following four methods:
- Electronic Ordering System
- Facsimile - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Phone - between 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
- Recorded Ordering - after hours orders are placed on voice mail
Electronic Ordering System
ILG has developed the best electronic ordering facility available
in the liquor industry. Members and Customers can order either via
the Members Web site, or via their
Point of Sale Ordering System.
ILG Members Web Site
Through the Members Website, both
Members and Customers are able to order online, providing an effective
and efficient facility for the placement of orders. This system
will also keep you up-to-date with the latest prices and product
information including wine tasting notes.
Point of Sale Ordering System*
Members can also order electronically through their Point of Sale
System. This has the added feature that you can retrieve electronic
invoices which will automatically adjust your inventory.
*Only applies to Point of Sale Systems compatible with the ILG
computer system.
