Sales and inventory

Suppliers can see information about the sales of their products, from summary to detail:

1. Total cases
2. Sales as percentage of generic product group (cases and Dollars)
3. Case sales totals for last 5 weeks
4. Case sales totals for last 12 months
5. ILG inventory and details of ILG purchases
6. Updated daily
7. Downloadable to the Supplier's computer
   

Sales transactions

1. Transaction detail showing who bought what, when, at what price, and what discount was given
2. Can be downloaded to the Supplier's computer for detailed analysis
   

Turn-in orders

1. Suppliers can place orders on behalf of ILG Members through the Web site
2. At order time Suppliers can nominate special discounts and pricing
   

Tasting Notes

Suppliers can upload Tasting Notes about their products to the ILG Members and Suppliers Web sites in order to promote sales.

Member Data

1. Suppliers can obtain name and address data about all ILG Members
2. This can be downloaded to the Supplier's computer and imported into a spreadsheet or database
   

Supplier invoices

1. ILG invoices to Suppliers for the past 6 months are available on the Web site in Adobe Acrobat format
2. Invoices can be printed or saved on the Suppliers own computer
